Of course! The plants in the listing photos are the exact plants you will receive unless otherwise stated! (for example, "Growers Choice" means we hand-pick the plant from the available ones from our nursery.)

However, due to the nature of living plants, they are subject to change from the time the photos are taken to when the plants are ready to be shipped. Growth patterns, foliage color, and plant size may vary as they mature. While we make every effort to accurately represent our plants through photos and descriptions, please understand that some variations may occur. Rest assured, we are committed to delivering healthy and thriving plants to our customers, and we will always strive to exceed your expectations with the quality of our houseplants, and by keeping the listing photos up-to-date!

We provide full order cancellation, with a full refund (minus a 10% restocking fee), within 24 hours of your order being placed.  After 24 hours, it's on a case by case basis (we understand emergencies happen!), but generally we will offer a credit to our store in the amount of your original purchase if your order has not been shipped.

Get in touch with us so we can help you file a claim with USPS. Keep the box, plant(s), and all packaging material and send us pics.

Please note, USPS Priority shipping only includes $50 of insurance, and Priority Express shipping includes $100 of insurance. USPS does not cover perishables unless lost or damage to the box has occurred. Additional insurance can be added upon request by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We understand that occasionally, leaves may yellow or die during transit due to the stress of shipping. However, rest assured that many houseplants are resilient and can bounce back with proper care. We recommend removing any yellowed or dead leaves from the plant to prevent any potential spread. Place the plant in a well-lit area, water it appropriately, and allow it some time to acclimate to its new environment.

If you believe this is an issue that is not of normal plant shock nature please contact us with photos within 48 hours of receiving them so that we can take a further look.

Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do once your package has been dropped off at the post office. You'll need to contact USPS. Any damages due to delayed or mishandled packages cannot be refunded by us, but we can help walk you through filing a claim with USPS for a refund on the insurance.
