DOMESTIC DELIVERIES AFFECTED BY COVID-19
On April 17, 2020, USPS announced that the current pandemic is affecting transportation availability, therefore we will be experiencing delays. Please read this carefully as there is a possibility your package might arrive later than anticipated and you should only proceed in purchasing if you understand the risks. We strongly recommend choosing USPS Priority Mail Express upon checkout.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL - Service commitments for local 1-day Priority Mail will not change. Priority Mail’s two and three-day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively.
SHIPPING
When We Ship
We typically ship orders every Tuesday following payment. Orders received on Mondays may ship the following week Tuesday. Cancellations cannot be made within 24 hours of shipping.
Tracking
Once the item is shipped you will receive an automated email with tracking. Please make sure to follow tracking so your plants do not sit outside.
How We Ship
Plants are almost always shipped bare root, or in a pot with moss & perlite.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or higher; this minimizes the stress the plant has to go through, helping it acclimate faster to its new home.
Please note that some leaf damage and plant stress should be expected, as these are live plants being shipped in a dark space and are subject to rough handling and sometimes extreme weather. We package with care to reduce as much risk as possible, but we cannot guarantee how the plant will handle the stress of shipping.
