To ensure the utmost care and health of our houseplants, we have established a shipping policy that restricts our shipping days to Mondays and Tuesdays. This approach minimizes the time our plants spend in transit, reducing the risk of prolonged exposure to unfavorable conditions over weekends. By adhering to this policy, we can guarantee that your houseplants arrive in a timely manner and remain fresh and vibrant upon arrival. Orders received on Mondays may ship the following week Tuesday. While we typically adhere to this schedule, exceptions may be made for express delivery options or specific circumstances. Cancellations cannot be made within 24 hours of shipping. Orders without live plants will usually go out within 48 hours.
Once the item is shipped you will receive an automated email with tracking. Please make sure to follow tracking so your plants do not sit outside on the day of their arrival. If your plant is being shipped to a P.O. box, make sure to pick it up when its delivered. No refunds will be issued for plants left in a P.O. box for more than 24 hours.
We take great care in ensuring your new plant arrives at your doorstep healthy and ready to thrive in its new home. We always check the weather for every orders transit, and package accordingly.
Plants are almost always shipped in a pot with moss & perlite, or bare root.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express; this minimizes the stress the plant has to go through in a box, helping it acclimate faster in its new home.
Please note, some leaf damage and plant stress should be expected. These are live plants being shipped in a dark space and are subject to rough handling and sometimes extreme weather. We package with care to reduce as much risk as possible, but we cannot guarantee how the plant will handle the stress of shipping. We are not resposible for any damages caused by shipping companies or lost packages.

If your plant arrives with damage beyond normal shipping stress, contact our team immediatley, including pictures of your plant. We will disscuss options with you including care to fix the problem, a replacment plant, or a refund. No refunds will be issued if we are not contacted within 24 hours.
